Q. Will the new style operator will work on my Uni-Jal windows?
A. Yes. Although the new machined style operators look different, the mounting holes and internal gearing is the same as the older      cast aluminum operators. Click the following links to see the older cast aluminum operators.

Q. How do I determine the handing of the operator?
A. The handing is determined by which side of the window the operator is mounted on, when viewed from the inside. Therefore, if      you are on the inside looking out and the operator is mounted on the right side of the window, then it is a right hand operator      and vice versa.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. These items must be returned in the original condition, within 30 days of      purchase, to be eligible for a refund.

Q. What types of payments do you accept?
A. We accept website payments through Paypal only, which allows you to pay online with your PayPal balance, bank account, or      credit card.

Q. Why do I receive the following message when I try to add an item to or view the shopping cart; Sorry — your last action could      not be completed?
A. PayPal, like many secure sites, requires cookies to be enabled to establish a secure connection/session to your browsers. In      order to use PayPal users need to allow cookies through the browser or add PayPal to the exception list through your browsers      cookie handling settings. Because this is used for security there is no way to change this requirement.
