Domestic Shipping

All shipments within the United States and US Territories will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
These shipments are usually delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the location. Customers will be provided with a delivery confirmation number in order to track your shipment.

International Shipping

All shipments outside the United States will be shipped via Fed Ex International Express.These shipments are usually delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on the location. Customers will be provided with a Fed Ex tracking number in order to track your shipment.

For those who would like alternative shipping methods, please email us and we will provide you with a quotation, including shipping costs. Please be sure to list the contents of your order and shipping address.

ECSPARTS.COM tries to calculate the shipping & handling cost as accurately as possible. However, some smaller website orders may be overcharged for shipping. If this occurs, we will refund the difference to you through Paypal. If you used a credit card for payment, then the refund will be applied to the credit card account. Once the shipping has been calculated in the shopping cart, if you question the amount charged, please contact us via email and we will recalculate the shipping & handling charges to make sure it is correct. Please be sure to list the contents of your order and shipping address when inquiring about shipping charges.

All shipments weighing over 25 lbs. will be subject to additional shipping costs. Customers will be notified via email if additional charges apply.
